Our pro bono program supports nonprofit organizations with an annual budget of $5
million or less whose work focuses on serving people in marginalized communities. We encourage all organizations to apply, and we are especially interested in organizations
whose work primarily supports women who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled, or those from other marginalized groups.

Application Process Applications are due by Friday, July 12, 2024. Five finalists will be selected to move on to the interview phase. These applicants will be notified via email by Friday, July 26, 2024. Interviews will occur on Thursday and Friday, August 1st and 2nd, and winners will be announced in mid-August. Projects will kick off in Fall 2024.

One organization will be selected to receive 120 hours of pro bono support. This work may include one of the following services:
This collaborative project will be tailored to each nonprofit’s specific needs. One additional organization will receive 13 hours of pro bono coaching with one of our consultants over three months. This support is customized based on the organization’s unique needs and experience.
Coaching projects might counsel an organization to update an annual campaign plan, build cultivation strategies for top donors, revise board orientation materials, or develop a plan to manage time more effectively.
